Check Out Books-To-Go® at the 375 Longwood Avenue Garage!

Looking for a new way to ease the stress and possibly enjoy your rush hour commute?
We have the solution! Books-To-Go® is now being offered exclusively to
monthly customers of the 375 Longwood Avenue Garage!

What is Books-To-Go®?
Good question! It is a completely free audio book borrowing service sponsored by MASCO and offered to monthly customers of the 375 Longwood Avenue Garage. The garage office now holds a library of books on tape for you to borrow and enjoy at your leisure! We have suspense, mystery, romance, “how-to’s,” autobiographies, and more! The library of books is constantly changing so you are almost guaranteed to find something new and interesting to listen to while you make the trek to your next destination!

How do I sign up to borrow a Book-To-Go®?
It’s Easy! Head to the garage office Monday through Friday, between 7am and 4pm, to fill out a quick one-time, information form. This form will be kept in the Books-To-Go® Log book and each time you borrow or return a book, we will refer to this information form. As insurance that we will be able to retrieve our audio books, we require a home address and phone number, as well as business name and phone number. Once you have COMPLETELY filled out the member information form, check out our audio book selection. When you find something that interests you, we will write the title and date in the specified columns on your information sheet. You and the garage manager on duty will sign off on the borrow and you are free to enjoy your book!

How many Books-To-Go® can I borrow at one time?
One. There are many people who will be taking advantage of this great service and we would like each one of them to be able to get hold of a book. Since you can only “read” one at a time, our limit to borrow is one at a time.

For how long can I borrow an audio book?
Three weeks from the day that you borrow the book. This should be ample time to “read” every one of the books in our library. 

How do I return the audio book?
That’s easy too! Stop by the garage office, Monday through Friday, between 7 am and 4 pm to drop off your book. Once again, we will refer to you information sheet in the Books-To-Go® Log book. Fill in the date you are returning the book, and initial the return. The garage manager will sign off on the return and you are free to take out a new audio book!
